Established in 2008, the Uganda Parliamentary Press Association (UPPA) is the legally registered organization of journalists who cover the Parliament of Uganda. With over 200 members drawn from various media houses within and beyond Uganda, UPPA strives to enhance and sustain the quality of Parliamentary coverage and promote transparent governance.
We hold regular training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of journalists on Parliamentary procedures.
We aim to create a strong community of Parliamentary journalists to amass and share experiences, resources, and opportunities.
